On May 24, Real Estate Magazine organized the second edition of the “Women in Real Estate” conference at the Cesianu-Racovita Palace, the Artmark headquarters in Bucharest. The event brought together some of the most influential women in the local real estate sector, who presented investment trends and the drivers of medium- and long-term development, as well as the power of female leadership to mobilize new projects.

Over the past six months, I can say that I’ve had a high workload and have increased the team by 30%. We made new hires in the delivery, quoting, and sales departments. Activity is growing, demand is increasing, and not just for new projects. A significant amount of funds is being invested in building renovations due to new technical solutions.
The majority of our projects are located in the northern area, in Sector 1, while nationwide we have commercial projects related to malls and hotels. We have not yet entered the residential segment.
